Salebuk Holdings is a pure holding company: we own equity interests in other businesses, rather than running their daily operations. Our role is to allocate capital, provide strategic support where it is useful, and allow the operating teams to lead their businesses.

We earn through dividends, distributions and the long-term growth in the value of our equity holdings. This structure creates room to be patient, disciplined and clear about the businesses we choose to support.

Why Salebuk was founded

Salebuk Holdings was established in 2026 in Livingstone, Zambia, to create a permanent home for ownership in ventures with a useful role in the digital economy. The company began with the belief that strong local businesses deserve patient capital and a partner who understands the context in which they operate.

Founder & Managing Director

Chris Mwiya
Chris Mwiya is the founder and Managing Director of Salebuk Holdings. He is a hands-on technical operator with experience across code, infrastructure, deployment, payments and databases. Chris leads the company’s investment direction, portfolio support and long-term strategy, working alongside portfolio teams where practical technical support can unlock progress.
