Our primary focus is Zambia-based ventures and businesses serving the Zambian or regional market, while staying open to closely aligned opportunities.

Digital commerce, delivery and logistics, software, marketplaces and agricultural technology are areas we understand well. They are focus areas, not hard limits.
Beyond capital
Technical involvement
Our founder is a hands-on technical operator. When useful, Salebuk can help with infrastructure, product and deployment decisions, and execution support.
Deal structure
Equity, shaped to fit
We take a minority equity stake in exchange for capital and/or in-kind contribution such as equipment or technical work. Terms are negotiated venture by venture; Shopitt’s 10% stake is an example, not a formula.
What we do not do
We do not take over.
Salebuk remains a pure holding company. We do not control a portfolio company’s daily operations or replace its operating team.
