Before you reach out
How do equity deals work at Salebuk Holdings?
Salebuk takes a minority equity stake in exchange for capital and/or hands-on technical contribution. Terms are negotiated individually for each venture. We do not take control of daily operations.
How do I pitch my venture?
Use the Contact form. Tell us what the venture does, the stage it is at, and what you are asking for: funding, technical help, or both. A concise explanation of the customer problem and current progress is helpful.
What stage do you invest in?
We primarily consider early-stage and pre-seed ventures: businesses just getting started, with a clear opportunity and a team ready to execute.
Do you take a board seat or run operations?
Salebuk is a pure holding company and does not take daily operational control. The founder may provide hands-on technical support where useful; that is support, not management.
What sectors do you focus on?
Digital commerce, delivery and logistics, software, marketplaces and agricultural technology are our focus areas, though we remain open to adjacent practical ideas.
Is Salebuk only investing in Zambian companies?
Our primary focus is Zambia and ventures serving the regional market, though not exclusively.
